Crown Hills SSP (School Sport Partnership), Leicester
The day involves 2 School Sport Partnerships in Leicester:
Lancaster SSP 10-12 noon
Crown Hills SSP 12-3pm
Each Secondary school in each of the Partnerships has been asked to identify 4 disengaged KS4 Girls, who are then invited to join myself and St Pauls in taking part in a variety of activities for ½ day.
The consultation group for WISPA (Women in Sport and Physical Activity) is also invited to attend the whole day.
St Pauls RC has identified 4 disengaged girls from each year group 7,8,9 & 10 (20 pupils total)- they will join us for one of the sessions throughout the day.
I arrive at 9.30

10.00–11.00
Urban Rebounding & Boxercise
Split into 2 groups, 25mins on each activity
11.00–11.15
Break – setup for next activities
11.15–12.15
Cheerleading & ‘Changing Rooms’ (Design sheets/posters)
25 mins on each activity
12.15–13.15
Urban Rebounding & Boxercise
Split into 2 groups, 25mins on each activity
13.15–14.00
Taster Yoga session / Skipping
14.00 – 14.45
Street Dance / Option for some to design new school PE Kit
14.30 – 15.00
Session 5: Blue group: Dance – Yellow group: Parkour – Red group: Team Building – Green group: Rowing– Orange group: Martial Arts
