Yes, she has taken over from Sir Chris Chattaway, and I am sure will keep up the good work. I heard DK's interview on Radio 5 the other day and she spoke very well.

I've just been reading Dame Kelly's latest update of her diary. Looks like you've been busy as always Dame Kelly. I love the new England Commonwealth Logo and I'm sure with you as our presedent Dame Kelly to inspire our team we will do well at next years 2010 games. I think its going to be a good year for the English next year. As well as the Commonwealth games, there's the Football World Cup in South Africa. I will have to get myself a flag to hang out.

I've just been going through the differant forums on the bbc's Olympic web site where they ask you to give your opinion on various subjects to do with London Olympics. I use to go on there 'Have your say' forum a lot before DK started the forum on this site. What I used to find on the bbc forum was there was a hostile group of so called experts who thought they knew everything. Having just read through their Olympic forums, not much has changed You wouldn't believe how many on there have negative attitudes towards the London Olympics. Thank god for Dame Kelly's forum. At least everyone on here is looking forward to 2012 and what the London Olympics will bring. On the bbc's 606 forum you can give your suggestion as to what should be the bbc's theme tune for the London Olympics. I list a whole load of them. What would be your choice?

Thanks for telling us about DK's article Midnightfeast. Giving so much of her energy and commitment to so many good causes, takes a a lot of dedecation. With all that energy and commitment DK has, I still think Kelly could give the others a run for their money if she came out of retirement and took on one of her mid distance races. In the news section of the web site there's an item about Dame Kelly's views on the Commonwealth games in Delhi. Although I agree with DK regarding being more focust and commited in taking part in the games in Delhi, sadly we now live a world of very bad people who are also commited in proving their own agender by blowing people up. Its not only the Delhi games I have worry's about, there's also the football world cup in South Africa where the Togen team have already suffered recently. But, we must not let these bad people think they have won by us not showing up. Let Sport be the winner not the terrorists. Although a little extra security wouldn't go a miss.

Dame Kelly, I've just been reading about your special fund raising night that you have planned for Monday the 14th of June to raise money towards Commonwealth Games England trip to Delhi in October. Sadly, £2,000 is way out of my league. But I wish you well with it and I'm sure it will be a good night. Shame, I was free on that night as well.
