Dreams Come True
To everyone taking part in the london marathon, I would like to wish you good luck, and well done to committing to the training and event on behalf of the Great charity Dreams Come True.
It is important to get the longer runs in now so that you can take it a lot easier during the 10 days before the marathon, to ensure that you are rested and not risking injury by getting carried away too close to the event!
Good luck. I wish you a good run and a great day.
Best wishes

A team of over 120 runners known as 'The Dream Team' will take part in the London marathon this year on behalf of Dreams Come True.
Dreams Come True was formed in 1988 with the express aim of fulfilling the dreams of terminally and seriously ill children. The charity helps children who have both life threatening and long term degenerative illnesses including leukaemia, cystic fibrosis, cancer and muscular dystrophy. Over the last 20 years Dreams Come True has enabled over 4000 children to fulfil their dreams and wants to help many more in the future.
