The Big Stand Friday 25th May
Today Friday 25th May at 10am, schools and workplaces across the UK stood up as part of Beatbullying’s BIG STAND.
I joined Chancellor Gordon Brown, Cabinet Minister Hazel Blears and over 200 children in a school in Croydon protesting against bullying and standing in solidarity with the millions of children who are bullied every day.
The national event was a success, and far exceeding the one million people who took part in the protest last year.
I am a long standing supporter of Beatbullying and I am proud I was part of today’s event.
