Special announcement
I am delighted to announce the creation of my new organisation the Dame Kelly Holmes Legacy Trust.
When I stood on the podium in Athens four years ago, I had realised a lifelong dream. The journey I had been on had many highs and lows, all of which contributed to my final success in winning my two gold medals.
Having achieved this goal, I needed to decide a new direction for my life. I knew I had a lot to give and wanted a chance to make a difference to people. So I began a new journey which has lead me to founding the Dame Kelly Holmes Legacy Trust.
My vision is that this organisation will build on all that I am and all that I have achieved, and will give the help and support to others to go on and achieve their best, not only in sport, but in their lives too.
My new DKH Legacy Trust team is already out of the blocks and are currently working on the new dedicated website which will launch in the autumn to bring you all the details and updates.
