I have been appointed by Village Hotels to help them research their fitness and leisure side of the business in order to retain existing members and gain new ones.
I work with the CEO and the leisure and fitness managers through a new ‘Perfect Fit' concept, to help them refresh their skills and knowledge and install confidence and direction in the staff, so that the members can enjoy their journey achieving their fitness goals.
