Camelot Olympic Champions Scratchcard
I was picked by the British Public as one of the six most popular British Olympic Games gold medallists of all time to feature on a new National Lottery Scratchcard, Olympic Champions, to raise funds for London 2012.
It’s very exciting to be involved in this project alongside such an incredible line-up of Olympic Games gold medallists - Sebastian Coe, Jonathan Edwards, Duncan Goodhew, Sally Gunnell and Steven Redgrave - and I’m honoured that, thanks to the fantastic support I continue to receive from the British public, I’ve been invited to appear on the Scratchcard.
Camelot’s research also showed that when the British public was asked to choose their greatest all-time British performances, my double gold at Athens in 2004 came first!
I hope that National Lottery players will also enjoy playing their part in supporting London 2012, by playing Olympic Champions, and I will be keeping my fingers crossed that, like me, they win gold.
The Olympic Champions Scratchcard costs £2 and offers players the chance to win a whole range of instant cash prizes from £2 to £60,000.
